We are a large spacious Victorian guest house, recently refurbished to a very high standard, situated on Hastings promenade 100 metres west of the pier.
The front of the house has panoramic views of the seafront and the English Channel.
Within 5 minutes level walk from all local amenities, the White Rock Theatre, pier and town centre. There are also bowling greens, museums, pubs, restaurants, town centre tourist attractions and two main-line train stations (St Leonards Warrior Square and Hastings)

All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, Free WiFi hot and cold water,minifirdge, Flatscreen colour TVs with freeview, ceiling fans, central heating and double glazing. All double and twin rooms have en-suite shower room/WC and are large enough to take extra beds/cot by prior arrangement. 2 Single rooms share bathroom 1 single on-suite
There is a BT pay phone and hair dryers/ironing facilities are available on request. Children are welcome and a cot and high chair are available if required. There is also a baby listening service by prior arrangement and 1 ground floor room .
We are able to provide 2 hour parking permits for guests to enable on-street parking outside (details on request). There is also a large underground car park with CCTV a few yards away or "pay and display" on street parking.
We regret we are unable to take pets.
