Countryside location
Suton is a small village just off the A11, in central Norfolk. Wymondham Abbey, Bressingham Gardens and Steam Museum and Snetterton Race Circuit are all close by. Norwich only 12 miles away has a multitude of attractions. The sandy beaches of the Norfolk coast are only an hours drive away. Joy and Douglas Durrant's warm and friendly bed and breakfast establishment is situated on the outskirts of the village

Rose Farm stands in 5 acres of open pasture land where ducks, dogs and cats have free range to wander. Also two donkeys, Joy's special pets, are always very popular with the visitors. The farmhouse is over 300 years old and was Douglas's original family home. It was converted into bed and breakfast accommodation in 1980, with all modern amenities provided.
There are four well appointed guest rooms, all conveniently located on the ground floor.
All the rooms have television and tea making facilities, and both a bathroom and a shower room are available
